Tibetian long life secret

The Eastern world is historically and scientifically proven to be older  than the Western civilization and culture. We have adapted so many things on the example of how the Eastern civilizations have ruled and lived.

The ancient temples of Buddhism and Hinduism are often imagined as places of deep secrets, almost amazing for our knowledge, and we imagine them as magic or different worlds. When the truth is – the secrets are just herbs and recipes of how to combine them.

In today’s article we’re presenting to you a drink fro special herbs, that are actually one of the oldest herbs used to make tea. In Tibet, they drink this tea as a common medicine and they say that it prevents all diseases, especially keeps the heart strong and healthy.

Ingredients:

  • 2 liters of water
  • 5 grams of ground ginger
  • 2 tbsp of fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp of natural organic honey
  • 1 pinch of ground hot pepper
  • 1 pinch of fennel

How to do it?

Boil the 2 liters of water for about 5 minutes. Take it out from the heat and let it cool for a while. Add all the ingredients one at a time, starting with the ground ginger, since it is the hardest thing to dissolve. Let the mixture cool off completely but put some cover over it, so all the nutrients and helpful ingredients don’t get out with the steam.

NEVER add the ingredients without cooling off the water – you will burn all the good nutrients and healing properties and just drink a tasty water.
