The Secret Recipe for long life I’m sharing with you today was found about a century ago, in a mountain cave monastery in Tibet.
How to prepare it?
Add about 350 grams of crushed fresh garlic in a jar of glass. Then, pour over the 250 grams of pure 95% alcohol – you should buy it in a pharmacy and make sure it doesn’t contain any toxic and dangerous substances, such as benzalkonium chloride.
Hermetically close the jar and put it in your fridge. Let it stay for two weeks before you use it. Then, strain the mixture of through a very thin and fine gauze. Store it in the fridge once more for 2-3 more days.
This therapy cures:
