Fat is either the cause of too much eating, mostly unhealthy food, or, you have a genetic predisposition and a body structure that “is made to look fuller”. However, there are many ways to prevent it. Exercising is the main. With proper different styles of exercises you can tone and shape you body.
However, my advice to you is to at least be realistic about the goals you make! I have been an athlete all my life, and since I’ve given birth, though I have succeeded to get back in to shape, the same pounds before and after the pregnancy just didn’t looked the same!
Here is the easiest, healthiest and cheapest drink I used. Of course, combined with regular exercises – as much as you can is always better than a couch potato!
- 8 cups water
- 1 teaspoon powder ginger root
- 1 fresh cucumber , peeled and cut into thin slices
- 1 lemon, cut into thin slices
- few mint leaves – this is mostly for the taste!
For best results, you should let the mixture in a jar, or some other closed (preferably glass) container, to stay overnight. Start the next day with a glass of this mixture, before your morning coffee or breakfast. Repeat this daily – it also has health benefits, such as regulating the blood pressure and detoxifying your liver!
