When it comes to sweets – everybody absolutely adores them! They are the hardest thing to avoid when you want to lose some weight. If you manage to go through the day without sweets, you will literally wake up in the middle of the night craving for sugar!
Well, to avoid that, you should always include healthy sweets in your daily meal plan.
For today, I have THE EASIEST recipe!
Sesame sweet balls, that put a smile on everybody’s face. They are not just tasty and sweet – gut you could easily eat 2-3 of them without feeling guilty and ashamed to step on the scale again tomorrow!
Here are the ingredients:
1 cup toasted sesame seeds
½ cup golden raisins or regular raisins
2 teaspoons ground ginger powder
2 inches fresh ginger root, peeled and chopped
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1½ teaspoons ground cardamom
How to prepare them? Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix them well. Than – just make sticky balls with your clean hands! Easy, even a child could do it right?

Healthy, fast and sweet! You don’t get this in the supermarket and when you have those sweet craving in the evening – just grab a bliss ball and enjoy!
P.S: if you really want to make something special, mix black sesame instead of white. They will look as coal!
